General Affairs and Procurement

I work in general affairs and procurement, mainly using a computer to purchase and order items requested by our manufacturing teams.
I previously worked in a completely different industry. When I was considering a career change, I came across the company's website and thought it looked interesting. That led me to apply. I honestly had many concerns because the industry was entirely new to me, but once I joined, I found plenty of colleagues around my age and a welcoming atmosphere, so I settled in quickly.
I now use Excel and other computer applications regularly, and I am studying toward an Excel qualification.

Oga Factory

I used to work in caregiving. I love cars, so when I learned that Kyusyu Nano-tec Optics made the film used in cars I liked, I applied right away.
I now manufacture film at the Oga Factory.
As a recent hire, I am still learning the ropes. In the future, I want to develop into a leader and help both the company and myself grow so that our film can be used in more vehicles.

Quality Assurance Department

I also worked in quality assurance in my previous job, but I joined this company because I wanted to work locally. There were openings at similar companies, but what really won me over was how impressive the liquid crystal switchable film was!
With the opening of a new factory, many younger people have joined, and it is a comfortable place to work. There are many new initiatives, so we still need to establish rules and develop new processes. That can be challenging, but I find it rewarding because I like trying things for myself.
Stepping into a new environment takes courage and involves some uncertainty, but I feel Kyusyu Nano-tec Optics is a company where you can work with peace of mind. I encourage you to come and learn more about us.
